Chihiro, that ‘try until it works’ method doesn’t always work, especially if everybody is using windows. You may want to just recreate the torrent file.
reason why i say, i tried adding and removing it a dozen times, and removed scarywater as a tracker, nothing corrected the tracker problem. had to direct download it.

I can’t get this to work! I’ve removed scarywater.net from the tracker list and re-added the torrent many times but it’s still giving me ‘Connection Error (ConnectException: Connection refused: connect)’

Chihiro staff, it’s bad idea to use tracker that requires torrent registration without registering your torrent on it first (or at all). And I won’t even comment using private torrents for public distribution…
Use ThePirateBay tracker(s) as backup (ATM only TPB trackers support IPv6, BTW); Denis Stalker and SumoTorrents are also popular and don’t require registration, as well as TPB. You just need at least two different trackers if you don’t use DHT (and you can’t use DHT because you use AniRena that prohibits DHT and other non-tracker means of getting sources).

I just looked at the torrent’s properties/tracker list, you need to add a blank line between the 2 trackers, as they are not alternates of each other
