  4. winzd Says:

I believe that my opinion actually matters, when in reality it doesn’t. I am an asshole and a troll and I should leave the site forever.

  5. DmonHiro Says:

@winzd: I’d be polite…….but douchebags don’t deserve respect. We sub what we want to sub. Is that easy to understand, or do I have to draw you a picture?

Are you guys using the subs left over from your TV version? or you plan on redoing some of the TL? If anything you should try a brighter color for the text *just a suggestion*

Hmm, is it just me? Or is there an error with the timing at 1:24?

Anyway, thank for the release, much better quality than the TV version.

  18. Putz Says:

Good for you. Personally as it is a cartoon I’d be happy with a 60 meg avi.

It was re-styled, episode 1 TLCed, and all episodes will get a QC or two before Blu-Ray.

  21. Animeruko Says:

You’d be suprized just howmuch “HD” anime are just crappy upscales … just a matter of if its done in studio or at a station .. very few anime are actualy drawn in HD..

looking at this ef show i’d say its upscaled or drawn poorly(but mostlikely its upscaled).. Not saying it looks bad or anything that BD screenshot looks wonderfull and sure does beat out the TV caps…

anyways thats all for my useless information that nobody cares about.

  22. Soichiro Says:

    @klop

LOL I didn’t even notice that. That’s hilarious. Animation fail!

  23. mX Says:

dont understand.. where can i get xvid?

  24. ascendancy Says:

Whoo thank you, now i can finally save this serie in proper quality.

  25. Matt Says:

lol. blu-ray. finally, the first anime i’ve seen on blu-ray.

  26. windstar Says:

    @klop: good catch ;)

  27. Visssssss Says:

    MKV(BR) > xvid

I hope that answers your question mX.

  28. Rawr Says:

Blu-ray is sharp, but is it just me? Or did they just fail to fix the drawings? Since the fingers on those hands look totally out of proportion. Especially on the left hand, where the pinky is HUGE.

  29. Ortix Says:

mX… there will be no Xvid… get a convertet, CCCP or your on your own. Thank you :)

  30. lars Says:

i can’t open it voor some reson can any one tell me why ? (and i can open mkv atm)

  31. KrfT Says:

    @lars
Install the CCCP again and i think that will solve your problem. It solved mine.xD

  32. lars Says:

oo i have K-Lite Codec Pack so i need cccp ?

  33. KrfT Says:

    K-Lite Codec Pack sucks!!

  34. N3wbi3 Says:

    Wow that’s superb quality ! :D thx 4 this !

  35. Genesis Rhapsodos Says:

I’ve been expecting the blue ray realease… =D
    thanks Chihiro fansub staff

  36. ju Says:

Whoo thank you. You gays are the best!!!!

  37. Flore Says:

There is a timing error at this line :

Dialogue: 0,0:01:24.19,0:01:29.71,EF ~A tale of Melodies~,,0000,0000,0000,,Himura Yuu-san, I, even now, still hate you.

it should be more something like :

Dialogue: 0,0:01:33.19,0:01:38.71,EF ~A tale of Melodies~,,0000,0000,0000,,Himura Yuu-san, I, even now, still hate you.

  38. standaloneplayer Says:

    “MKV(BR) > xvid

I hope that answers your question mX.”

If I want HD I ll download it in Mp4 format which is the industry standard(not “fake” blu-ray stuff).
It can have better quality video than maybe xvid, but the cons are too big. Mkv is and will always be a format for computer use only, avi and xvid and even Mp4:s are way better formats when it comes to compatability with pretty much any media player.

So no Mkv isnt any better than Xvid, but for ppl using only (New)Pc:s to watch their movies it might be more fitting format.

What a tard!! Yeah container=quality! rofl!!!
The best part is “avi and xvid and even Mp4:s”!! I leiks to talk about things but not know what I says.
