So… yeah. Many of you pointed us to the raw when it was released. However, Ikkitousen was a C->E show. We were waiting on chinese subs to translate off of. However, they just didn’t come. So… we went J->E.

Next OVA is released in Japan on 12/25, followed by one on 1/23, then the final one on 2/25, hopefully with a season 4 announcement.

About To Love Ru 26: Our cap failed, so we were forced to wait for a raw, and while we managed to contact someone about getting us a raw and he said it’d be up on our FTP in 30 minutes, it took him 7 hours to say it was done uploading, and even now I don’t see it. But I got Zero, and it’s presently encoding. We’ll TL it when our TLer comes online.

So, if you need to know why this was so late, think about AIG. Our translator works there, so he’s in like double triple overtime or something. He will probably be unable to finish the series, so another TLer will be working on it from this point on. This also should mean Tuesday releases if everything goes well. I cannot say if we’ll release first or not, but we’ll deal with whatever is thrown at us.

I think for ZKC for the rest of the season, I’d like to look at Monday releases. It will probably become Sunday releases once the fall season begins.

Here’s a little bit of the rest of the week’s plans. To Love Ru should be out by 10 PM EST tomorrow barring catastrophe/TL oversleeping/Encode failing/Lithuania losing the basketball game/Penguins taking over the world. Penguin will be out on Saturday. We will be releasing at least 3 Zettai Karen Children episodes before next week (My weekstarts midnight Monday). One to stagnate last week, one to stagnate this week, and one to advance towards catching up. We can be releasing up to 5 before the week is out, depending on how our TLCs fair. Ikkitousen OVA will be out as soon as we can get chinese subs for it. I don’t know how fast they sub OVAs, so I can’t say.

/me forgets to write titles a lot

I think this is what most of us are feeling about World Destruction… At least, I am. It’s not the most interesting series to me.

And yes, we’re not first to release, but it’s not like we’re competing with the other groups anymore. I think we’re actually a day earlier than last week. Going to try to get another day back next week.

EDIT because some people don’t understand: Do we care about releasing this? YES. Do we want to get it to you as fast as possible? YES. Did we get it to you as fast as possible this week? YES. I can’t believe that some people find it appropriate to yell at us because we were slower than normal with other shows and stuff.

Few info points:

1. DDL is taken down because so many people were using it we couldn’t use bots or FTP. We may look at getting a second server so we can have one for DDL, one for torrenting/bots/FTP. Or we may need to limit connections more.

2. To Love Ru 23 is HARD. Almost the entire show is in archaic Japanese. At this point, we’re about 40% translated, but I would not expect it until AT LEAST tomorrow night. But we are all encoded before a raw has even released! ^_^

So, yeah. We kind of messed up the first time. Timing was way off, and it needed more editing. So, we did that. 06 will probably be v2ed as well, so you can expect that.

By the way, did anyone download our batch torrent for DCIISS and still have the files? If you do, could you make a torrent out of them? Please?

So, sorry about Sekirei. Our translator is really sick, and I really hope he gets better soon. To Love Ru may even be late this week, since we need to go Chinese to English with a Japanese TLC instead of straight J->E. This was the week of hell anyways, so I expected it.

Anyways, I was expecting we’d release our 100th episode soon. However, anidb doesn’t really have a good addition system, and they don’t add every release… I guess since it’s a manual add and not an auto add it’ll miss a few files along the way. But, still, 100 episodes! If you watched every episode we’ve released, that’s 2400 minutes of anime. In other words, 40 hours. And that is not including v2′s and XviDs and that one random rmvb. Straight up 40 hours.

So, here’s world destruction. We may hold a party soon. Different tracker since the seeder cannot connect to anirena.
