Translation: J->E with J->E TLC. Translator is the same translator from the game.

So, we’re late. I was hoping to get episode 01 out by October 23rd, so we’re about a month late. Ah well. Never said we’d be going fast on this.

To explain the delays, it’s rather simple. This show is a really hard typeset, and two of the people we asked were unable to do it.

Episode 02 should be done within a few days, 03 to follow shortly after that.

After some careful thought and deliberation, we have decided to undrop Chaos;Head and add it on as a quality sub. We will be jointing with Anime-Share Fansubs. There is no time restriction on this, as we will not be sacraficing any step or taking any shortcuts to release this faster.

We will be using the conventions used by the translation team at #Ensue@irc.rizon.net. We have both a translator and a QCer who originally were with that project helping us out on this.

And if you are going to complain “oversubbing”, fine. Complain all you want. We’re subbing this because we want to.

Status Update (11/22): Doing a final RC then releasing. May be out today.

Now, many of you may have seen this on tosho and thought “Another project this season?” No, this is a project for next season. I’m going to tell you as much as I know, and as much as I don’t yet know right here.

Here’s what I do know:

1. This project is going to be subbed in quality style. Typesetting, editing, QC, the whole bit. Our goal is to not fall a week behind, not to release first.

2. This project is going to be HARD. This preview alone had more signs in it that an average episode, and it was 15 seconds long.

3. We will be doing this with other people outside of chihiro.

4. We have the most accurate translations for this. We recruited the translator of the visual novel project to help us, so he knows what he’s saying.

Here’s what I don’t know:

1. I don’t know if we’re going to be working in joint with someone, and if so, I don’t know who.

Expect us in the fall!

By the way, props to our encoder on making this flv rip off the website (Only source available) into a thing of beauty.
