I love Ayame, she’s tough and independent, yet vulnerable at the same time.

Plus the whole back n forth between her and the bully (can’t remember his name) is always a riot

Hi Densebrains, the only difference you’d see is most likely the quality of the picture (DVD btw, not HD), you can refer to the first episode post which had a comparison shot: http://www.chihiro-subs.com/2009/03/29/asu-no-yoichi-01-dvd-released/

Also since it’s a DVD version, you can expect uncensored scenes, like no smoke/fog in the bath etc. like you mention with princess lover. Also since it’s a later release, I think you can expect spelling/grammar errors in the originals to be fixed.

Basically, i it’s pretty much for people who’d like a better quality/subs to achieve and keep in their hard drives, or simply people who loved the series and want to watch it again in better quality.

Out of curiosity, what difference is there between the first release and the BD version?

Apart from quality, is there something that is different or is everything the same?

I mean Princess Lover! BD has “Better” scenes *cough cough* than tv version… so… what does Asu no Yoichi BD have?
