Use the fact that AR screws just "private" flag on uploaded .torrent's and doesn't touch tracker list as long as AR tracker is first in it. Or, better yet, screw AR and go with several reliable real public trackers WITH DHT. Power2All, unlike the rest of the world, insists that DHT is shit (last time I checked), so you'll have to take care of your torrents yourself. AniRena seems to be back up.
