Err… it’s ordered chapters. If you use CCCP for example, and as long as you have the OP and ED in the same folder, it plays as if it was part of the video in the first place instead of being in separate files. So the “no OP/ED” is really just your problem.
Also, I’m not sure why you think it’s slow. We’ve been releasing every week after Kristen mentioned that it would be delayed a week due to the TL having exams.
So I have no idea WHAT you’re complaining about.

1) There’s no reason to have to “forgive” chihiro because chihiro didn’t do anything wrong by using ordered chapters.
2) And your last… sentence… seems to be disparaging towards chihiro.
So yes, it does sound like a complaint and that chihiro’s release of asura cryin’ is barely meeting whatever standards you have which you listed out to confused.

Not that they’ve actually stated that making a contract involves sex…
And honestly, as much as Misao might not like the idea of Tomo and Takatsuki getting together, if him having sex with her would save her life, I think that Misao would probably actually tell him to do it. She wouldn’t want it to go any farther than that and would not be happy about it to say the least, but she considers Takatsuki a friend and wouldn’t want her to die.
Besides, from the OP, it’s pretty clear that he’s going to make a contract with Takatsuki at some point this season and become an Asura Cryin’.
Also, maybe being an Asura Cryin’ would make it so that the Asura Machina wouldn’t need to take as much energy from Misao and she’d last longer. If that were the case, then Tomo would have double the reason to become one.

He really isn’t worrying about whether he should have sex with anyone. He even states that he’s not at all interested in worrying about who he is or isn’t going out with. About all he’s worried about at this point is how to get Misao out of Kurogane so that he can save her life. He doesn’t want Takatsuki to fight for him because he doesn’t want her to get hurt, but he doesn’t appear to be at all aware that she’s wasting away because she hasn’t formed a contract with anyone. So, even if sex is involved in forming a contract with a demon (and nothing has been said at this point about how a contract is formed, so it certainly isn’t a given that sex is involved), he isn’t aware of it, and isn’t worried about it.
