So, for those who don’t remember, about a year ago we speed subbed a show about lolis. And while it was a success for us in terms of speed and acheiving our goals, its quality also was pretty bad. And then no other group did more than 2 episodes in a matter of year.
So, we TLCed, re-styled, re-timed, and QCed this, and put it on a DVD raw. Should be much better. If it’s not, well, at least it’s actually watchable now. What we had originally was >.>
By the way, this is still a sub from just Chihiro. Shindou-Chihiro is just my way of distinguishing that these episodes are nowhere close to the original ones from last fall.

Phoenix911, the only time we don’t release a batch for a completed series is when we are planning to make fixes later on. As these are fixed versions, you can pretty much assume we will.

Hooray for more! Although it’s too bad that it’s not 1280×720. Oh well, that’s the trade-off for DVD’s isn’t it? Although the only problems I remember were some jumps in framerates in the endings (and the final segment of the final episode) that made my Vista Laptop cry tears of blood and lag. And this is just my curiosity, but will you be doing the OVA/special that came out recently (Oct. 6 I believe)?

The OVA is presently a silent topic. We will not discuss it, not with us, not with you, not with anyone else. Maybe we’ll do it at the end of December, but we are not going to think about it until we have some room to take a breath.

In ep3, Aihara’s name is mispelled. Her name is Aihara Kazumi, but in the ep Hazumi was written…I’m referring to the when Chika called to her in the library.

ep1, superball part. What Megumi said is mistranslated. She said “kanawanai” which is “can’t match” but the script uses “kamawanai”, or “don’t mind”.

huwha? Peeps got me confussled going back from Shana ova to talking about
the Kyou no Go ova – that um. We aren’t talking about.
About Shana – good news.There WILL be a season 3 – but this ain’t it.
The first OVA S is the first of 5 ova’s – THEN later on will be a season 3 (and final).
Back to this show – yesterday there was some drama going on outside my
humble abode – I was going on about it a little in teh channel at the time – so ended
up summoning all three eps of this show without realizing it or really thinking about
what it was.Ooooooooh. I HEARD about this show…
with the infamous air guitar bit. Sometimes the way they draw the lips and mouths of
these kids – it makesme wanna throw up inside my mouth a little. I don’t know
why this show was made – or why I would want to watch it. And before that?
gah – I knew where it was about to go before the (don’t wanna post spoilers)
the offending item went flying onto the desk – but this is so not my thing.
it’s sorta like…some obscure show on an island, where the…company or something was
shutting down so the kids where all leaving in the spring, so some girl doesn’t wanna
be friends. By the end of the first ep I was like I don’t blame her – the thing was getting
all melodramatic like a musical or something and – for totally different reasons than
this show – I was like, I can take the other six hours of my life I would never get back
and go do something else with.
They can’t all be winners…
