Sora no Otoshimono has been mentioned in every thread since the original “coded” post. If they’re still putting out hints then it most likely isn’t the one.
P.S. If it is the one and they’re still putting out hints then no amount of posting is going to get them to say it’s the right one until the whole thing plays out.
I’d prefer the clues to help with the coded message rather than spell out the actual show…(Hey! It’s my honest opinion!) It will kinda just ruin the point of deciphering such a baffling code (even though whenever I tell myself to sit down and look at it I get distracted ;3).
When the show actually is revealed will you let me know how you actually “scrambled” this random bunch of numbers and letters =D? If not I will be a sad panda and go back to demanding colorful backgrounds…<_< (Which btw I still have no forgotten. . .)
Well, they’ll get out their stuff when they get it out – Princess Lover or otherwise. I’m glad for anything that we get. Still, I think that it’s funny that Princess Lover still fits all of the letters that we’ve been given as hints thus far.

Does anyone have the FIXED ep.4 XviD avi file that they can upload to like Megaupload or Rapidshare?

If a kind soul exists out there , can you upload the fixed ep.4 Xvid avi file to some DDL site? I’d greatly appreciate keeping my collection intact.
ANN doesn’t list a third season of Rosario, so I doubt that there will be one this fall. I have no idea where it stands in relation to the manga either, so I don’t know what its chances of continuation from that standpoint are either.
Rosario started out well enough and has its moments, but far too often they seemed to want to focus on the stupid stuff, and it did indeed get old quickly – especially in the second season. I have heard that the manga focuses more on the serious side of things, so maybe it’s better. I’ll have to check out one of these days (maybe the next time that rightstuf has a sale on Viz stuff).
@Wanderer: I haven’t watched it yet… But now that you metion it… I just checked and there’s something serious wrong with the audio that comes with it… O_o
Yeah, there was a patch that was released (instead of a v2) that supposedly fixed it and a poster even walked people through how to do it, but it still fails for me. Following all directions listed, I still get an error message saying the file cannot be found.
What I am simply asking for is a DDL link to a complete full FIXED ep.4 Xvid avi file, which no one seems to have or want to put out.
I hate to side with the haters etc but it seems true that [Chihiro] has been slipping a bit lately. Usually if some “simple” mistake was found in a release, a V2 was released shortly after. Of course I know they do it for free blah blah, find another sub group blah blah. Yeah I know all that.
Hopefully at the end [Chihiro] will release a proper v2 for Mahou ep. 4 XviD.

Oh yeah, also I went ahead and tried a different path to unlocking the secrets of the code. Apparently the code that shows on the page isn’t the total code. I viewed the source for the page (2 is in code, right? lol) and the total code between the tags is actually

@Wanderer: I hope so too since patches don’t work on XviD’s… And well like every fansub group even Chihiro has it’s good and bad sides… But trust me there’s no such thing as a PERFECT fansub group… XD
I know this is late/old but the patch sort of works for Xvid. It needs a little tweaking. I found this somewhere else, if you still need it.
1. Download this: http://xdelta.googlecode.com/files/xdelta3.0u.x86-32.exe
2. Rename to xdelta3, copy it into the patch directory along with the 04 video.
3. Click the batch file ‘n’ follow the instructions.
4. ?????

still confused on the cipher that has been used. It’s definately not Caeser shift. the ASCII values for each character are:
Value|Dec|Hex|Octal
9 = 57 = 39 = 071
M = 77 = 4D = 115
4 = 52 = 34 = 064
< = 60 = 3C = 074
4 = 52 = 34 = 064
(Space) = 32 = 20 = 040
1 = 49 = 31 = 061
I don’t seems to be able to break it using ASCII either.

Xvids for eps 5 & 6 are missing subs. My Japanese isn’t good enough to handle raws at the moment. Will there be a v2?
