So, here’s our long planned and long announced project for the summer. The show itself looks absolutely awesome. I haven’t really laughed this much since I watched school rumble last year.
However, this aired on Bandai Channel online. So, this episode has a particularly bad source. The show itself next week’ll be on the same station as Akikan and Hatsukoi, so that’ll be pretty. XD Please excuse the video quality for this reason.
Also, I like the ED very very much.

Thanks for the release. The font size seemed a bit small, but hopefully that this was just due to the odd video size. Reading the subtitles on my TV was pretty difficult (which is unusual for Chihiro releases).

you can use auto-load subtitles (options -> playback -> auto-load subtitles) in Media Player Classic HC to resize subtitles automatically to your screen size.
You might also need to change the video renderer (options -> output) to something with two asterisks next to it (eg haali’s render), to get it to work.

What other plans do you guys have for this Summer? I would like to see Needless and Element Hunters subbed here… :\
I can already tell that Fabulous (the first that subbed Element Hunters) did a very bad job at subbing it and even if I don’t know Japanese. when you find the line “and every meter of that I want to bang the cutie over there”. You see that there is a problem. We also see the line “aw, shit I forgot” and “I’m just in here for the schoolgirls, though. You brats are the best mankind has to offer!”. The first line was said by a narrator while we see a loli sleeping while she is travelling in a train. The second and third one are said by a teacher in front of his class. With a little brain, you can easily say that this thing is BS. Also, the “1080P” download is an upscale of either a 480P or 720P. More like a 480P since there are lot of pixellisation.

The show looks like it could be interesting if doesn’t get repetitive. I’ll have to see a few more eps to really be sure if I want to follow it. Sort of reminds me of the loli chick in R+V.

This show could be a lot more interesting (for me) if they did actually programming and encountered actual programming problems like collision in hash tables, sorting algorithms too slow, bad loops, memory leaks, bad type-casting, etc. and then had to spent hours upon hours debugging… but then, if the show was like this, I don’t think too many other people would watch it and lol.
