I haven't read the manga (nor will I) but even it seems that tey could easily go with some anime-only tracts along with the manga storyline and still have a very good show. Every subs you guys did made it easier for me to understand even though i am japanese. I've seen many other fansubs but you're translations are 99.9% correct with 0.01% flaw and mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes so do not worry. Also, you have inspired me and some of my friends to become a translators. There's no character development either ; they just turned into music prodigies without ever practicing (as it happened after 2-3 eps, it's already old news).
