Well, this was a rollercoaster of a show to sub. From initial excitement to hatred to dropping and saving the project at the last moment, to later episodes and delays and random groups just popping out of nowhere subbing an episode or two. Kind of weird. XD
Anyways, I guess we’ll make a batch for this sometime soon… Perhaps do the OVA if we have a TLer who wants to do it, and so on and so on.

This seems to share a niche with that of Sekirei, with artificially-created girls being assigned masters and going out and fighting. And both of those series were done by Chihiro.
Do we have some fetish about artificially-created women and controlling them for battle here?

I saw some groups do that, and I haven’t watched them, but I remember when I searched one of their names on TT, they have been doing an episode or two of something in 2007, then 2008, and now Akikan.
We did all 5 episodes that CoalGuys didn’t.

Hayate 2nd season is subbed by Horrible Subs.
Horrible Subs released the 1st ep Hayate, then PLATiNUM made a better version of it still using Horrible Subs’ subs. I know this because I downloaded both and compared them. PLATiNUM’s has a slightly better picture quality and 50 MB extra weight.
