It’s hard to explain, it’s all about the feeling of people really.
In a romantic way. You should really just download Memories. It’s hard to get in to, but once you’re done, you can’t stop thinking about it.
I agree with you Kristen, the phone booth was so amazing.
It’s weird. Chihiro/renji story was better, but Hiro had the better scenes.

it’s 10.. hiro and the weird girl have their ending in ep 10, chihiro has it in ep 11 and 12.

I really like both Memories and Melodies.
The only problem i have with Melodies is Mizuki…for some reason i just find her really annoying and dont like her at all. I love Yuuko and her story…but Mizuki….i just dont like her…oh well
Anyway, its still a great series ^_^

Personally for me, after episode 3 of melodies I couldn’t stop watching. I watched the rest of the series after that point. While I do really like the ending for Renji and Chihiro, I do have to say that the phonebooth scene was one that had your heart racing the whole time because of the time ticking down and the urgency of confessing their love.
I also think that melodies has more of a calm movement into it. Like I said, ep. 3 of memories made me want to keep watching while ep. 5 and 6 of melodies because it ends with conversations you want to see completed

It’s really good, but memories is better.
Some parts are better, but as i stated before, they try to top memories. And therefor they fail.
They try to hard and overdo. How many voicemail seen have there been now already in melodies?
Memories was much more subtle. Plus chihiro and miya were cute.
Now only yuuko is cute, cause mizuki is annoying.

I also see mizuki only as a tool, to have a present time story too, cause after ep 8, there has to happen something in the present with yuu and yuuko.
