Didn’t know if you guys had plans to do this later, or have already done it, but I translated OP and ED. I guess you can mangle it to what you see fit, but I just thought I’d help….keep up the good work though ^^

Is anyone who’s watching the H.264 versions seeing a different font in episodes 29 and 31? The subtitles have the shadowing as the font in the other episodes but seem to be rendered in a plain Arial type font. I happen to also have the XviD version of episode 29 and it has the correct font burned into it. Note: I’m watching it via Windows Media Player 11 using ffdshow codec, DirectVobSub and haali media splitter. All the other episodes render just fine. Same results using DivX Player v6.4.2.
Thanks Chihiro! Good to see Aoi-chan get some spotlight time.

Just wanted to come by and say thanks, because this episode felt like a major improvement, technically, over 30. The video was better and the subs read better too. I come by when I have complaints, so I should come by when I have good things to say too.
I do think your sub font is way too large, but I can just set my own if push comes to shove, so that’s a minor annoyance.
So, thanks for more Zettai Karen Children! This episode was one of the best in awhile.

Thanks Chihiro Team, you guys (and gals?) really made my week. This is the show I look forward to the most from the entire year. Again thanks!

I am looking for raws (preferably shinsen 1280×720) for episodes 15-22 of ZKC. I want to remake the (horrible) subs for episodes 15-22 as well as the (horrbile 23.976 fps) encodes of said episodes. Help would be apreciated.

After going through the FAQ, uninstalling, reinstalling and redownloading, i’m still not able to get the sub titles to show. (CCCP didn’t play the video, only audio. VLC played everything but the subtitles) Any thoughts as to why this is happening? or should i just wait for the ‘solve all problems’ AVI file?
November 15th, 2008 at 2:39 pm
Hey guy, you have to select under Video, subtitle if you want to play some mkv. file.
November 15th, 2008 at 4:47 pm
Don’t use VLC. And if CCCP isn’t playing video, you’re doing something wrong. Run CCCP Insurgent and reinstall the codec pack.
November 15th, 2008 at 5:39 pm
@Anonymous: VLC has worked for every, and i mean every video that i’ve played in the past. It’s just interesting that the sub titles won’t show in this one. CCCP plays it (after the insurgent thing was used). So my thanks.
And to JTDR, I know how to work VLC player. been using it for 5 years now.

is anyone else having trouble downloading the torrent?
November 16th, 2008 at 1:37 am
thanks a lot for this, i have followed the released of chihiro since ep03 of zettai =D
about vlc, i am of the same oppinion that Matt, vlc have open ALL the videos i have ever tried to playback, obviously i have installed a codec pack, dont remember wich one thou

@Ehlgaf the only problem with VLC is that it doesn’t have a buffer, which is what i’m thinking caused the distorted video. Either way, i’ve switched from VLC to Zoom player that is bundled with CCCP. its a little different, but it plays everything as smooth as silk. That and its GUI is black.
With an added bonus… the CCCP codecs+filters+zoom player is smaller than VLC. (6 something MB compared to 9 something MB)
