Well, these OVAs are rediculously simple. 2 minutes, 17 MB of raw… It’s like a whole new world.
It was so hard to find a non-ecchi shot for this episode. As usual, we try to find ecchi shots for most shows, and non-ecchi for the ecchiest one of all. XD
As for why this episode is WS, simply, it seems like they released the OVA is widescreen. I tried both, and the 640X480 seemed to be warped.

you know for the banner contest? where did you guys get all the pictures? if u type in shindo chihiro in google images, u will get only 2 results. in photobucket you get 2. in flickr you get none. so where did you guys get all those pictures?

bannercontest, go to google and search for something like Anime Image Board. There’s a lot of different ones out there. Then when you go to one search for Chihiro inside them.
Just be warned. On alot of them, there are images that once you see them, you can’t UNSEE them, no matter how much you want to.

i haven’t dled the raws yet, but it seems likely all the dvd-eps are widescreen

Just a heads up, Ikkitousen Dragon Destiny and Great Guardians were produced in widescreen format by animation studio ARMS. Its broadcaster, AT-X, decided to pan-scan the video, thus making it 4:3 instead of the original 16:9; the DVDs are 16:9, fully uncensored and have those special episodes (a.k.a those OVAs).
