This is a very serious problem since the d0uch3ba9 that runs BayTSP thinks that the DMCA is a “flawed piece of legislation” and is diong this for his “clients” and just for kicks. Hell, Ainplex is barely protected by the DMCA by Sony having footing in the US by proxy! If there was a way to block this guy from his own self-gratification and wallet, we wouldn’t be hearing from this idjit again.

comfirmed on the BayTSP complaint filed with ISP Cox. Funny considering its not officially licensed here yet.

I’d avoid Anirena tracker for the time being till all the other data comes in from whoever else got nailed on this. Aniplex isn’t doing itself any favors of making us want to buy the series “if” it ever comes to the states.

Just watch it on a streaming site, which is what I plan to do. That way, whoever hosts the file is on the hook & not the viewer, since the viewer is not sharing any files at all.

WARNING!!!

BayTSP has compromised the AniRena network & is reporting any/all IP’s downloading Sekirei. My ISP (Cox Communications) blocked my internet connection today due to a DMCA copyright infringement from Aniplex (via BayTSP) for downloading & sharing Chihiro’s version of Sekirei episode 6. I just got a warning, but with most ISP’s you only get 3 warnings before they terminate your service.

Sorry, Chihiro, I have enjoyed your subs on this show & several others, but I’ll not ever be downloading one of your torrents again.

Everyone needs to be aware of this. So far, reports indicate it’s just Sekirei, but I think this is just the tip of the iceberg.
